Weightloss total so far: 3st 4lbs (46lbs) :) :) :)
Happy with my weight loss this week :) another lb of is another lb closer to my target!! 29lbs to go untill i meet my target!
you may have noticed i havt completed my diary properly this week & if you are following me i do apologise ive had alot on with lookin to move home & ive forgotten to fill in some days in but rather than make it up ive just left it out! next week will be filled out properly i promise" and if you are following me & reading my weekly updates please feel free to comment!

so happy this week ive lost another 1lb which means only 2st 2lbs till i reach my target :)
