weighloss diary continued

Tuesday 29th March 2011

Breakfast: a bowl of quakers porridge (original)

Lunch: 2 rivitas with philidelhia cheese (light) + salad + a banana

Dinner: lightchoices spagetti bol + a shape yoghurt

snacks: a box of raisins.

Drinks: orange squash x3 cups + tea with semi skimmed milk x2

Exercise: None.
