Weightloss Diary continued

Breakfast: bowl of cornflakes with semi-skimmed milk

Lunch - 8 crabsticks chopped up and mixed with salad with a teaspoon of salad cream

Dinner: WeightWatchers Chicken and Lemon Risotto + activia yoghurt (vanilla)

Snacks: A pack of Weightwatchers cookies (2 per pack)

Drinks: 250ml diet coke x2 (can)

Exercise: 5393 steps (walking)
