Breakfast: 1 Shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: 4 rivitas with 1/2 tin of weightwatchers tuna and sweetcorn + a weightwatchers strawberry tart yoghurt
Dinner: (medium) jacket potatoe with two teaspoons of salad cream and a little bit of low fat butter with an omlette with mushrooms and sweetcorn
Snacks: handful from my graze box+ 14g of raisins + 4 strawberrys with kiwi and an apple
Drinks: 250ml diet coke + cup of tea with semi skimmed milk x2
Exercise: 15 situps + 20 mins walk
