Breakfast: 1shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: 1/2 tin of sweetcorn with salad & mushrooms + apple slices,kiwi slices, 4 strawberrys
Dinner: a jacket potatoe (litle bit of butter) (medium) with 1/2 tin of sweetcorn + salad +a teaspoon of salad cream
Snacks: a small handful from my graze box
Drinks: glass of water x2 cup of tea x1
Exercise: 15 mins walking + 15mins treadmill jog/run + 20 situps + 30 squats
