Lunch:sweet chilli chicken breast
Dinner: light choice chicken korma & rice + jacket potato + greek syle muller light yoghurt
snacks: nectarine +cucuber slices +prawn cocktail snack a jacks
exercise: running on the treadmill x10 mins + walking x15 mins
