Weightloss continued...

Monday 13th June 2011

Breakfast: special k fruit and nut x1 bowl

Lunch: 1/2 bag of mushroom stirfry + 1/2 bag of rice noodles + chicken breast strips + 2 t-sps of salad cream

Dinner: light choices chicken and broccoli pie

Snacks: rasberry yoghurt weight watchers +satsuma
