Breakfast: special k fruit and nut with semi skimmed milk x1 bowl
Lunch: crabsticks x4 with salad + 1 teaspoon of salad cream + an apple + a satsuma + nectarine+ weightwatchers yoghurt
Dinner: 1/2 mushroom stirfry + 1/2 rice noodles + jacket potatoe + chicken leg x2 + handful of strawberries + a handful of blueberries
