Breakfast: 1 wheatabix with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: small salad + 2 small tangarines + a box of raisins+ a pack of weightwatchers cookies (a pack = x2 cookies)
Dinner: a jacket potatoe (medium) with 2 small chicken thighs +salad with one teaspoon of salad cream+ a weightwatchers yoghurt(lemon tart)
drinks: 250ml orange squash+250ml diet coke (can)+ 1 tea with semi skimmed milk
Exercise: 10 min walk
