weighloss diary continued

Friday 18th March 2011

Breakfast: 1 whaetabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: a pack of weight watchers cookies (a pack =x2 cookies) a box of raisins +a pear

Dinner: a meduim bowl of salad a 2 small chicken thighs + weightwatchers yoghurt (toffee)

Drinks: 250ml diet coke (can) 2x cup of tea with semi skimmed milk + 250ml of orange squash

Exercise: 20 mins walk
