Breakfast: A bowl fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: 5 crackers with philidephia cheese + a banana + a shape yoghurt
Dinner: chicken leg x2 with meduim jacket potatoe + salad
Drinks: 250ml of orange juice + cup of tea with semi skimmed milk + morrisons peach flavoured water
Exercise: 10 mins walking.
