Weightloss Diary continued

Breakfast: 1 small bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: small salad + a banana + apple. + 5 crackers

Dinner: jacket potatoe (large) with half a chicken & salad with x3 teaspoons of salad cream.

Snacks: a banana

Drinks: morrisons flavoured still water + a cup of tea with semi skimmed milk

Exercise: 1 hour 15 mins walking
