Weightloss Diary continued


Breakfast: A bowl of cornflakes with semi-skimmed milk

Lunch: 6 crackers with light philidelphia cheese +small pear x2

Dinner: Lightchoice chicken korma and rice + activia yoghurt (cherry)

Snacks: A pack of weightwatchers cookies (2 cookies in each pack) + A few nibbles from my graze box which includes - japenese seaweed crackers, savoury roasted nuts,american nut mix (brazils,peacan,almonds),very cherry raisins (green raisins, cherry raisins)

Drinks: 500ml orange juice x2 (sugar free) 250ml diet coke (can)

Exercise - 20 min walking the dog

I've noticed im not as bloated today :)
