breakfast: a pear
lunch: 6 crackers and nibbles from my graze box (eat well)
dinner: weightwatchers hotpot (only 231 cals!!!)+sugar free jelly(rasberry)
Snacks: A box of raisins + an activia yoghurt (strawberry)
Drinks: 250ml diet cokex2(can) 250ml orange squash (sugar free) cup of tea with 1 sweetner and semi-skimmed milk x2
Exercise: 10 min walk
