Breakfast: bowl of cornflakes and semi-skimmed milk
lunch: light choice Spinach Ricotta Pasta + activia yoghurt (mango)
Dinner: A pack of weightwatchers cookies (2 in each pack) 3 crackers with light philidelphia cheese, a pear, a small box of apricot&Raisins
Snacks: None
Drinks: 500ml of orange juice + diet coke250ml (can)
Exercise: 10 mins walk
