Breakfast: 1 wheat-a-bix with hot semi-skimmed milk + half box of rasins
lunch: 5 crackers with 5 crabsticks and a teaspoon of salad cream
Dinner: lightchoices spagetti and meatballs + activia yoghurt (peach)
Snacks: a pear + rest of the box of rasins
Drinks: 2 x 250ml diet coke (can) tea + 1 sweetner+semi-skimmed milk x4
Exercise 15 mins walk
