Breakfast: 1 wheat-a-bix with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: small salad (lettuce,cucumber,tomatoe,onion, a tea spoon of philidelphia light mixed in) + apple slices (large apple) + a small box of rasins.
Dinner: lightchoices spagetti meatballs+ half a jacket potatoe (medium) + a weightwatchers yoghurt (toffee)
Drinks: 250ml of orange squash + 250ml of diet coke (can) tea with semi skimmed milk x3
Exercise: 15 mins walk
