Breakfast: 1 Wheat-a-bix with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: Jacket potatoe (medium) with a slice of ham + 1 small salmon fillett + salad + a teaspoon of salad cream.
Dinner: 4 crackers + a small box of raisins + Weightwatchers yoghurt (rasberry tart) + a pack of weight watchers cookies (a pack = x2 cookies)
Drinks: 250ml diet coke (can) 500ml of orange squash
Exercise: 20 mins walk
