Breakfast: a bowl of quackers porridge
Lunch: 5 small boiled potoatoes + salad+ a salmon fillett+2 mushrooms
Dinner: fruit salad (strawberrys,blueberrys,banana,grapes+ a small box of raisins.
Drinks: 500ml diet coke + cup of tea with semi skimmed milk x2
Exercise: 10 mins walking
