Weightloss Diary continued
Breakfast
: a bowl of quakers porridge
Lunch:
3 rivitias with a little bit of light butter + a few grapes +strawberrys
Dinner
: mushroom stirfry + a shape yoghurt
Snacks:
an apple
Drinks:
morrisons flavoured water (pear&elderberry) + 250ml diet coke
Exercise
: 15mins walking
