Weightloss Diary continued

Breakfast: a bowl of quakers porridge

Lunch: 3 rivitias with a little bit of light butter + a few grapes +strawberrys

Dinner: mushroom stirfry + a shape yoghurt

Snacks: an apple

Drinks: morrisons flavoured water (pear&elderberry) + 250ml diet coke

Exercise: 15mins walking
