Weightloss Diary continued
Friday 1st April 2011
Breakfast:
a bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk.
Lunch:
half a bowl of mushroom stirfry+ a shape yoghurt(raspberry)
Dinner:
fruit salad - kiwi,mango,grapes
Drinks:
Diet coke 500ml + cup of tea with semi skimmed milk.
Exercise
: 20 mins walking
