Breakfast: 1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: an apple
Dinner: lightchoices chicken korma with a medium jacket potatoe + a shape yoghurt
Snacks: a small box of raisins.
Drinks: 250ml morrisons flavoured water cup of tea with semi skimmed milkx2
Exercise: 20 mins walking
