Weightloss Diary continued
Breakfast:
1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk
Lunch
: a chicken breast and a small fruit salad (kiwi,mango,grapes)
Dinner
: a yoghurt
Drinks
: 250 ml of morrisons flavoured water x2+ cup of tea with semi skimmed milk x 2
Exercise:
10 mins walking
