Breakfast: 1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: a chicken breast and a small fruit salad (kiwi,mango,grapes)
Dinner: a yoghurt
Drinks: 250 ml of morrisons flavoured water x2+ cup of tea with semi skimmed milk x 2
Exercise: 10 mins walking
