Weightloss Diary continued
Breakfast:
2 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk
Lunch:
2 small chicken legs
Dinner:
small jacket potatoe with 3 small chicken legs +mushrooms+salad + a yoghurt
Drinks:
250ml of morrisons flavoured water + 500ml of diet coke + cup of tea with semi skimmed milk x2
Exercise
: 20 mins walking
