Breakfast: 1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: a small ham salad with 2 rivitas with light philidelhia cheese & an apple
Dinner: weightwatcher beef lasange with a jacket potatoe and mushrooms + salad a small fruit pot (kiwi,melon,grapes)
Snacks: a bowl of strawberrys & kiwi
Drinks: 250ml morrisons flavoured water x2 + cup of tea with semi skimmed milk x2
