Breakfast: 1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: fruit salad (grapes,mango,kiwi)
Dinner: half a pack of mushroom stirfry + half a pack of spring onion noodles + 2 breast of chicken (small)
Drinks: 250ml of morrisons flavoured water + cup of tea with semi skimmed milk x2
Exercise: 10 mins walking.
