Breakfast: 1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: 4 rivitas with 80g of tuna and sweetcorn (weightwatchers) + an apple + 2 strawberrys
Dinner: jacket potatoe (large) with a mushroom omlette + weightwatchers rasberry yoghurt
Snacks: handful from my graze box
Drinks: 2x glasses of water
Exercise: 15 mins treadmill + 30 squats + 15 situps
