Weightloss Diary continued

Friday 15th April 2011
Breakfast: 1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: small salad with 2 rivitas with light philedelphia spread + an apple

Dinner: 1/2 a pack of stirfry + 1/2 pack rice noodles + 1/2 a chicken

Exercise: 30 squats + 15 mins treadmill

Drinks: 2x glass of water + 2x glass of diet coke
