weightloss diary continued

Tuesday 26th April 2011


Breakfast: a bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: chicken with rice noodles & sweetcorn with 2 teaspoons of salad cream


Dinner: a shape yoghurt + an apple


Snacks: a small piece of chicken

Drinks: 330ml of flavoured water + tea with semi skimmed milk
