Breakfast: 1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: tuna salad with sweetcorn + a muller corner light yoghurt
Dinner: roast beef with jacket potatoe + veg + gravy + muller light yoghurt
Snacks: strawberry jelly + strawberrys
Drinks: 330ml flavoured water + 3x glass of orange squash + 2x tea with semi skimmed milk.
