Weightloss Diary continued

Thursday 28th April 2011

Breakfast: 1 shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: 1/2 pack of rice noodles with chicken and sweetcorn + muller light yoghurt

Dinner: an apple + a muller light yoghurt

Drinks: 3x glasses of orange + tea with semi skimmed milk x2
