Friday 29th April 2011

Breakfast: a bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: a muller light yoghurt + grapes + apple

Dinner: jacket potate with chicken + salad

Drinks: 2x glasses of blackcurrent squash + 1 bottle of water + tea with semi skimmed milk x2
