Breakfast: a bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: a bowl of seafood & salad with 2 teaspoons of salad cream + a yoghurt +kiwi
Dinner: chicken leg x2 with a jacket potatoe + 1/2 bag of noodle rice with 2x teaspoons of salad cream
Drinks: 3x glasses of squash + 1x tea with semi skimmed milk
