weightloss diary continued

Thursday 5th May 2011

Breakfast: porridge with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: 2x bags of fruit (30g)

dinner: 1/2 chicken leg with 1/2 bag of noodle rice + a jacket potatoe + 2 teaspoons of sald cream + a yoghurt

Drinks: 2x glasses of squash + a diet coke + tea x1 with semi skimmed milk
