Weightloss Diary continued

Friday 27th May 2011

Breakfast: quick oats porridge x1 bowl with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: cherry fat free muller light yoghurt + an apple + raisins and sultannas (14g)

Dinner: lightchoice chicken korma with a jacket potatoe & strawberry muller light yoghurt

Drinks: diet coke x2 + tea with semi skimmed milk x2 + fruit juice x1 glass
