Thursday 26th May 2011

Breakfast: quick oats porridge x1 bowel with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: raisins and apricot (14g), sultanas and apple (14g) + an apple

Dinner: lightchoice lasangne + a jacket potatoe with butter +salad

Drinks: diet coke x2 + tea with semi skimmed milk x2
