Weightloss Diary continued

Sunday 29th May 2011

Breakfast: oats so simple sachet with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: melon (180g) apricot and raisins (14g) raisins and sultannas (14g)

Dinner: lightchoices chicken and broccoli pie & a jacket potatoe with salad and 2 teaspoons of salad cream.

Drinks: tea with semi skimmed milk x3 & fruit juice x3
