Breakfast: fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk x1 bowl
Lunch:cherry muller light yoghurt + saltanas and raisins (14g)
Dinner:wild alaskan salmon x2 fillets + salad+salad cream x2 teapoons jacket potatoe + peach and apricot muller light yoghurt
Snacks: raisins (14g)
Drinks: orange squash x3 + tea with semi skimmed milk x1 + diet coke x1
