Breakfast: a bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: 3 rivitas with light phillidelhia cheese + cucumber slices + an apple + a muller light yoghurt.
Dinner: jacket potatoe with prawns + 2 teaspoons of salad cream with salad + 5 crabsticks
Dessert: sugar free jelly + strawberrys + pineapple
Drinks: 2x tea with semi skimmed milk + 3x glasses of blackcurrent squash
