Monday 2nd May 2011

Breakfast: a bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk

Lunch: lightchoice spag bol + a muller light yoghurt

Dinner: A pack of fruit x2 + a muller light yoghurt

Drinks: 1x 330ml flavoured water + 2x glass of orange squash + 1 x tea with semi skimmed milk
