Breakfast: a bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk
Snack: A bowl of grapes
Lunch: a chicken leg + 6 crabsitcks+ an apple
Dinner: jacket potatoe with 1/2 bag of noodle rice with mushroom stifry and chicken strips + 2 spoonfuls of sugar free jelly with strawberrys
Drinks: 500ml diet coke + tea with semi skimmed milk x2
