Breakfast: 4 table spoons of porridge with semi skimmed milk
Snack: pot of grapes
Lunch: 10 crabsticks sliced up + 3 rivatas with light spread+ a table spoon of salad cream
Dinner: 1/2 bag of noodle rice with chicken slices + 1/2 stirfry(mushroom) + an apple + 2x shape yoghurts
Drinks: 500ml diet coke + tea with semi skimmed milk x2
