Breakfast:A bowl of porridge with semi skimed milk
Lunch: 1/2 bag of rice noodles with chicken strips + 2 teaspoons of salad cream + an apple
Dinner: a jacket potatoe with salad +1 teaspoon of salad cream with kippers x2 + shape yoghurt + piece of fruit
Drinks: 330ml flavoured water x2 + a glass of water x1 and tea with semi skimmed milk x2
