Weightloss Diary continued

Saturday 7th May 2011

Breakfast: a 30g bag of fruit

Lunch: a shape yoghurt & a pack of seafood mix

Dinner: 3x chicken thighs with 1/2 bag of noodle rice + a jacket potatoe with salad + 2 teaspoons of salad cream.

Drinks: tea with semi skimmed milk x2 + glass of juice x4
