Breakfast: fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk x1 bowl

Lunch: 2 chicken thighs + salad + an apple

Dinner: mushroom stirfy 1/2 + spring onion noodle rice 1/2 + jacket potatoe (medium) + salad cream x1 teaspoon + weight watcher dessert yoghurt

Drink: diet coke x1 tea with semi skimmed milk x2 + flavoured water x + ornage squash x1
