Breakfast: fruit and fibre x1 bowl

lunch: cherry muller light yoghurt + a pear+ apple x2

Dinner: chicken thighs x2 + salad + jacket potatoe + salad cream x 2 teaspoons

Drink: diet coke x1 tea with semi skimmed milk x2 + flavoured water x1
