Breakfast: fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk x1 bowl

Lunch: a pear, an apple+ raspberry muller light yoghurt

Dinner: rice noodles 1/2 bag + mushroom stirfry 1/2 bag + jacket potatoe + rasberry tart weight watchers yoghurt
