Weightloss Diary continued

Friday 3rd June 2011

Breakfast: fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk x1 bowl

Lunch: crabsticks x11 + free range egg salad + toffe weight watchers yoghurt

Dinner: jacket potatoe with light choice chicken korma with rice + an applex2 + satsuma

Exercise: 15 mins on the treadmill
