Breakfast: special k fruit and nut with semi skimmed milk x1 bowl
Lunch: crabsticks x6 + salad + satsuma + apple + weight watchers yoghurt + a handful of blueberries
dinner: 2x chicken drumsticks + corn on the cob+ salad + jacket potatoe + salad cream x2 teaspoons
