Weightloss Diary continued

Sunday 5th June 2011

Breakfast: fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk x1 bowl

Lunch: crabsticks x7 with free range egg salad + salad cream x1 teaspoon

Dinner: jacket potatoe with chicken drumsticks x3 + salad + toffee yoghurt weightwatchers + apple + satsuma
